Venoplant trauma gel is a medical device that acts by protecting the wound that has injured the dermis in case of traumas, bruises, superficial wounds (abrasions and excoriations) and bumps. It creates an optimal environment for tissue repair processes while also protecting the injured area from external physical agents (rubbing) and bacteria. The mechanism by which the medical device acts is based on the ability to promote a film-forming effect by polymers and the polysaccharide component on the injured area, thus providing relief, also thanks to the moisturising action exerted by the polymeric component in the formulation.
